Stewardship Champions Celebrated
2010 Carolinian Canada Conservation
Award Recipients Announced
Each year, Carolinian Canada Coalition recognizes individuals and groups who are acknowledged by their peers as dedicated stewards in the field of natural heritage conservation and restoration. Every one of these individuals or groups has devoted countless hours to the
conservation of unique natural habitat in their communities and
beyond. Not only are they dedicated to improving or saving their
local natural areas, their work has provided leadership in
protecting and restoring natural heritage as volunteers,
professionals and landowners.
Carolinian Canada Coalition is proud to announce this year’s 2009-10 recipients
Awards will be presented at AGM 2010.
Recipients include:
- Stewart Hilts - Lifetime Achievement
- Bkejwanong Eco-Keepers - Youth
- Wayne & Lynda Buck - Individual
- Doug Dennis - Individual
- Thames Talbot Land Trust - Group
- Ontario Nature - Group
